51 Years Around the Sun (26 Feb 2023)

This week has been a long one and have decided to share some excerpts from my journal and some thoughts about my blog.

I have decided that I will only be posting a weekly blog from now on, my ’51 Years Around the Sun’ for the rest of the year. I am going to focus on writing and not posting. This is more of personal journey for me, not to see how many likes I get anymore. I found myself becoming so focused on that; and posting just for the sake of posting that I didn’t really think about what I was writing a lot of times. I want to be more thoughtful about I’m writing and I believe a year off from trying to post daily can help. I guess you could call it a break. I am still going to be reading people’s work just not posting.

I believe that quote sums up how I am feeling at this moment, this is a year for me and my creativity.

Reading and more reading. Today I read almost an entire novel. I have never read so much in one day.

Pages spark imagination
A world of imagination
A place you may never go
A world books can show

Well the big snow storm is here, actually day two or second storming consecutive days. At the end of it allow are supposed to have up to 14 inches of snow.
